PaddleALL is a summer program designed to promote paddling for all ability levels, including participants with physical and intellectual disabilities. Through a weekly program the PRCC introduces participants to paddling which can lead to racing opportunities throughout Canada.
The objectives of the PRCC PaddleALL program are to provide:
- a paddling experience to the broader community
- an enjoyable activity in an ‘on the water’ sport for the disabled community and their family members
- members an opportunity to share the sport that they love with athletes of all abilities
By providing a safe and supportive environment we encourage athletes to be comfortable and build water sporting skills. Our programs include the following disciplines; recreational Canoes, Dragon Boats, Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs), sit-on Kayaks, and Outrigger boats.
Our PaddleALL athletes have participated in National races for the last 4 years and have consistently received medals in individual and pair Kayak races for the last three years.
